ROLLING MILL

Rolling Mill of has been built over a closed area of 6,850 M2 with a rolling speed of 12 M/Sec., and monthly capacity of 30,000 Tons, the rolling mill is operated by experienced engineers, technicians and the rest of the workers to produce world class N10 – N32 mm rebar’s.

Rolling Mill Furnace

A 50 Ton/hr capacity reheating furnace in the rolling mill tempers the internally produced billets and directs them to the flow of production.
 

Rolling Mill Line

The line comprises a specialized roughing roll unit alongside 14 primary rolling stands, hot and cold shears, a 12-meter TMT box, and a 60-meter cooling bed. Rolling Mill line is fully automatic after the billet is charged up to packing area.
