SHREDDER
Used to Shred the scrap which increases the production output, increases the density of the scrap and reduces internal ware and power consumption of secondary processing equipment. A further advantage of Pre shredding scrap is that unsherdables and potentially explosive items are neutralized before they have a chance to damage the furnace.
RADIATION PORTAL MONITOR
Used to radiation contamination test for all entered Scrap Materials loaded trucks to prevent the risk of being exposed to radiation contamination, the trucks which contains Radiation contaminated materials are rejected and sent outside the plant premises. The test is executed again for the scrap materials when it is transferred from scrap yard to furnace area.
