QUALITY CONTROL

Our Goal is to provide the highest quality of Steel Bars according to the specification ASTM A615M-15A Grade 60. The melted steel quality is monitored by the staff of Chemical Laboratory with below devices

• Spectrometer to control the chemical composition of the product
• Carbon Apparatus for manual test of Carbon
• Muffle Furnace to test the Rimming Mass and Ferro Silicon Materials

The produced Billet will be transferred to Rolling Mill to be rolled as steel bars which will be tested on the final stage in Physical Laboratory by

• Tensile Test Machine
• Bending Test Machine for controlling the mechanical property of Steel Bars
